The Retreat 

The Cosy room is situated within a stunning Courtyard of an old Country Mansion, boasting beautiful 16th Century beams and rustic décor.

The room makes the perfect home hub or base camp for your day out!

We offer room hire to families and friends who are looking to have a day out at a reasonable cost, as well as Clubs, Businesses, Musicians, and Educators who want to host company away days, Classes, Courses, Wellness workshops, music practice, or meetings.

We named this self funded project the Wellbeing Retreat, simply because our guests like to do just that, and make a retreat for the day, in the relaxing Leicestershire & Rutland's Countryside.

The Retreat Studio room makes the perfect meeting hub. The calm and relaxing Farm environment is guaranteed to be beneficial in enhancing health and wellbeing, especially for Families and groups, because there is a little something for everyone.

​

Also, we welcome home prepared picnics, and buffets. The Retreat has a small kitchenette which features a Sink, Oven, Microwave, Air Fryer, Toaster, Kettle, Mini Fridge, and Cups.

​

Other features include a Pulldown overhead projector, wall mounted television, central heating,  and free WIFI. Additional features include an electric Piano, for those who perhaps fancy a day of peaceful practice.

​

The Studio has tables and chairs, with white linen table cloths and chair covers available on request, at no extra charge.  If holding a crafting session, we would not provide cloths for tables, although we have a set of chair covers specifically for crafts and painting. 

​

We hold regular lectures and wellbeing seminars, and have a large dining area, and main kitchen. On request, we can ask our amazing Chef to come along and prepare a buffet or mini banquet for you!

The other unique advantage of joining our wellbeing retreat, is that you can stay in the beautiful chalets, or come along and camp on the gorgeous and modern campsite.
